The Oakland Raiders had a ton of money to spend last year and they let down their whole fan base. Justin Tuck was a good pick up, and Charles Woodson was fantastic. Woodson was actually under paid and might be under paid again this year but that is a different story. Reggie McKenzie should be feeling the pressure this offseason. He blew it by getting rid of Hugh Jackson for Dennis Allen, he blew it with last years free agency signings when he had more than $60 million to spend, and Raider Nation is praying he wont make the same mistakes again in 2015. We will take a look at the best fits for the Raiders in free agency. Not just the biggest names, but what makes sense when we also think of the 2015 NFL Draft. We aren’t going to over do it and make a dream team. Keeping ...

Broncos vs. Chargers The (10-3) Broncos are taking on the (8-5) Chargers. Why this game matters? Well if the Broncos want to have any hope in having home field advantage throughout the playoffs, this is a must win for them. As for the Chargers, if they want to stay in the playoff hunt in which they’re at the bottom of the wild card, this is a must win for them as well. A key stat to keep an eye on is the Broncos are (3-3) on the road and the Chargers are (5-2) at home this season. The Broncos have the momentum coming into this game with a 3 game win streak, however for the Chargers they’re coming off a tough loss against the Patriots. These teams are always competitive when playing each other and I expect this game to come down to the wire.   Cowboys vs. Eagles ...

3 people you want to play and 3 you want to sit for the first week of the Fantasy Football playoff Play ‘Em Eddie Lacy(RB-GB): After last weeks mediocre performance against the Patriots where he ran for 98 yards on 21 carries. Lacy ranks 5th in the league among running backs since week 4, even after a dismal start to the season(I even traded him in my league…). Lacy has a great matchup this weekend against the Falcons, who have allowed the 3rd most fantasy points to opposing backs this year. My prediction: 25 carries, 165 yards and 2 scores. Le’Veon Bell(RB-PIT): Last week Bell was a huge part of the passing game with 8 catches for 159 yards and 95 yards in 21 carries and a score. Week 11 Bell had 204 yards on 33 carries against the Tennessee Titans and this week the Steelers play the Bengals, who ...

Eagles Have The Edge The Eagles are heading to Dallas to take on the Cowboys and establish they are the best in the NFC EAST. Now we all know the Cowboys are having a great year, especially with Demarco Murray and Dez Bryant, but we also know that the Cowboys and Tony Romo are known for choking when it comes to big games! Both of these teams are (8-3), however the Cowboys are (3-3) at home which is a little discerning being the fact that if they want to make it to the playoffs they will have to play a lot better at home. Yes the Cowboys just came off a win against the Giants which could’ve went either way, however they allowed 417 yds and 28 pts to the 3-8 Giants! I can only imagine what this Chip Kelly style offense is going to do on Thanksgiving.   4th ...

Play ‘Em Jay Cutler: Cutler threw for more than 300 yards last week for the first time since week 6. He put up 330 yards with 3 TD’s and 2 interceptions. This week the Bears are playing the Buccaneers, who are giving up more touchdown passes this year than all but 2 teams. Look for another big day for Cutler. My prediction: 275 yards 3 TD’s and 1 interception Steven Jackson: Last week we saw a very poor outing from Jackson, who had 41 yards on 17 carries. This week looks much better for him as the Falcons take on the Browns, who are giving up 4.6 yards per carry(4th most) and have given up 1,421 rushing yards on the season(3rd most). This could be a big week for Jackson as he is 13th in the league among backs for carries inside the 10 yard line. My prediction: 115 yards ...

JJ Watt isn’t just having a defensive MVP type season, he is have an NFL MVP type season. He is dominating opposing offenses, and he has proved to be un coverable as a receiving threat on the goal line. Here are his amazing stats just 10 games into the season: J.J. Watt is doing it all this season: 9.5 sacks 4 fumble recoveries 2 forced fumbles 1 Int 2 Rec TD 1 Int ret TD 1 Fumble ret TD — ESPN Stats & Info (@ESPNStatsInfo) November 17, 2014 Pretty amazing, even for the former 2012 NFL defensive MVP. His four touchdowns are tied with and are more than many big time offensive threats in the NFL. He is Ranked #59 out of 375 players with a score meaning each team averages less than two players on there team with more touchdowns than Watt. He is tied in touchdowns with: Steve Smith SR Michael Crabtree ...

The Oakland Raiders could arguably be the most hated team in the NFL. And they are especially hated in their rival teams city San Diego. Though teams, and fans alike no longer need to hate the Raiders for their physical, and what some used to think 20 years ago violent, and against the rules style of play, they still can hate on the Raider fans. Raider Nation is a wild and hardcore fan base. They get dressed up, hyped up, and get loud for their undeserving team. A Bail bondsman in San Diego saw a great opportunity this past weekend to get some advertising. “King” Stahlman bail bonds made a commercial pointing out why they loved when the Raiders come to town to play the San Diego Chargers. Take a look here: Raider fans show up in big numbers in San Diego. Some not having to travel to far since the ...

Who you should look to start this week and who you might want to consider benching, Week 11 Play ‘Em Colin Kaepernick: Kaepernick has thrown for 3 scores in the last 3 weeks and also turned the ball over 4 times in that span. He also hasn’t had a rushing touchdown at all this year. His performances have been sinking lately, but luckily for him the San Francisco 49ers play the New York Giants this week who are allowing the 5th most passing yards per game in the league. Look for Kaepernick to turn things around this weekend. My prediction: He throws for 315 yards and 2 touchdowns. That rushing touchdown just might not happen this year. Mark Ingram: Ingram has been averaging 130.7 yards a game over the last 3 weeks with 24 carries being his lowest total in that span. This week the Saints play the Cincinnati Bengals, ...
